Located just 2.5 hours south of Sydney and the same from Canberra, Benton Sands Estate is situated at Callala Beach on the beautiful shores of Jervis Bay.
In an area of natural beauty and tranquility, Benton Sands is a special place, enjoying proximity to the beach, a unique and contemporary design sense and a neighborhood ambience. Each house is designed and built by the owner but the community centre, indoor heated pool and gardens are shared by all.
ALERT
We are aware of recent instances of petty theft in Benton Sands. It is disappointing. People are urged to ensure their cars are locked and any valuables are out of sight. This is not a problem unique to Benton Sands with reports of a number of similar thefts in and around Nowra. Please report any thefts to the Police in Nowra or Culburra as well any suspicious behavior.

CLEAN UP AUSTRALIA DAY – 4 March 2018
We have volunteered to participate in the Clean Up Australia Day next year on Sunday 4 March. Earlier this year we did participate as a community for the first time and did well collecting a lot of rubbish around our community. Plan is to meet at the community room at 10am on 4 March and finish around lunch time for a sausage sizzle. Put the date in your diary.

Benton Sands Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting for Benton Sands will be held at 10am on Saturday 3 March in the community room. Relevant documents – agenda & financial statements – have been circulated.
To facilitate engagement by Lot owners in the AGM, it will be possible to participate in the AGM by teleconference. If interested please forward your correct number to Regional Strata by phone – 02 4422 7444 – or email – ‘nowra@regionalstratansw.com’ – at least 3 days before the AGM.

As with previous AGMs we will have a sausage sizzle and soft drinks after the meeting. This will be an opportunity to enjoy the renovated area around the BBQ and pool
